What our games collect
The games collect anonymous gameplay analytics: a random installation identifier, session events such as level start and finish, app version and platform. No name, email address, contacts or precise location is collected. This data is used to fix bugs and improve the games and is kept for 12 months.
Crash and performance diagnostics may be collected to keep the games stable.
Advertising
The games show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the device advertising identifier and use it for personalised or non-personalised advertising depending on your consent; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for consent with Google's consent message first. See how Google uses data. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings; on iOS we ask for tracking permission and honour your choice.
Purchases
If an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple or Google (and RevenueCat for subscriptions); we receive only a purchase status linked to an anonymous identifier, never your payment details.
Spincrus website and API
Tools on Spincrus run entirely in your browser; the text or data you enter is not sent to our servers. API requests are processed in memory and not stored; we keep per-key usage counters and standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) for up to 30 days to prevent abuse. The site may show Google AdSense ads, which use cookies as described in Google's policies; we use no other tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers named above (Google AdMob, Google and Apple stores, RevenueCat) for the purposes described.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to delete the data linked to your installation identifier or API key, or ask what data we hold, by emailing info@harry-games.com (games) or support@spincrus.uz (website and API). We answer within 30 days. Uninstalling a game stops all collection from it.
